What a great experience, friendly, professional and amazing customer service. My truck was NOT cooperating while trying to reprogram a key for the ignition Scott did not give up and explored every avenue he had available until he successfully got me rolling down the street again. Even though he spent twice as much time than he had originally expected he didn't add any charges and stayed friendly and professional throughout. I would most definitely recommend him to any of my friends and he will be my first call if I ever need any lockmithing needs again. Scott just finished a project for me on a home I've purchased. I had him install a bunch of new locks, and re-program a garage door opener. I currently live out of state. He couldn't have made this process any easier. His work is top notch, and his communication skills are excellent. He called me, sent text messages, and sent pictures of all the work. He's one of the best service providers I've ever worked with. I wouldn't hesitate have him do work for me again, nor would I hesitate to recommend him to anyone. His price are totally fair also. Scott was fantastic. He re-keyed all nine locks in my house after I had a tenant unhappily leave my property. He was fast, efficient, and professional, arrived on time, and was friendly to my tenants and my mother. I will be utilizing his services for all my locksmith needs and highly recommend him.
